Cllr Hayden Walmsley (Weddington)

Hayden was delighted to be elected in 2018 after being raised in the Weddington ward, and has made our community a home. Growing up with his mother, a local NHS nurse, from a young age Hayden learnt how valuable our public services are, and the thankless tasks which are care-providers give back to our community.

After attending the local school, Hayden stepped onto the ladder of work at the age of 16 – never being shy of hard work he has now decided it is time to give something back to the people and the area which shaped him into who he is today.

Hayden always puts the residents of Weddington and St Nicolas Park first, and will continue to work to make Weddington and St Nicolas Park an even better place to live.
